Air Cargo Validation
A secured Cargo chain from a third country to the European Union and/or to United Kingdom All air cargo and mail carried to the EU/UK must be physically screened or come from a secure supply chain, these must originate from entities which are validated according to the EU/UK regulations. The EU/UK defines between following entities in the secure supply chain: Air carriers that fly cargo or mail from a non-EU/UK airport to an EU/UK airport (ACC3) Regulated agent (RA3): An agent, freight forwarder or any other entity that handles cargo and ensures security controls in respect of cargo and mail. Known consignor (KC3): A consignor who originates cargo or mail for its own account and whose procedures meet common security rules and standards sufficient to allow carriage of cargo or mail on any aircraft. As X-Ray Trainer Lts is able to offer EU/UK approved independent validators, we are able to inform, consult and prepare you in the process of becoming an ACC3, RA3 or KC3.
